Wireframes
Given the complexity of the platform and the many types of resources available: templates, PDFs, shared files, categories, search, and agent workflows. Wireframes were a crucial step in the process.
Wireframes allowed us to:
Map out complex information architecture and organize how resources would be structured and accessed.
Define user flows clearly, ensuring that agents could quickly find templates and respond to customers without friction.
Test navigation and hierarchy early, before investing time in visual design.
Align the team on functionality, reducing misunderstandings and avoiding rework during high-fidelity design.
Identify gaps and opportunities, such as improving search, categorization, and access to saved or frequently used templates.
